Nominations are now open for the Energy Business Awards, 2008
Celebrating their 7th anniversary, the Energy Business Awards and Energy Business Awards, Asia reward excellence in key energy business disciplines.
The Energy Business Awards will be presented at
EMART Energy in Geneva on 29th October 2008.
The Energy Business Awards, Asia will be presented at
APPEC 2008 in Singapore on October 21st.

The Energy Business Awards are a two stage process.
Stage 1: The first stage for Nominations opens on Monday, June 30th 2008 and concludes on Friday 5th September 2008. Energy industry practitioners and other relevant institutions tell us which companies they believe deserve recognition and reward for advancing energy business expertise in any of the listed categories. The majority of nominations are from companies who wish to promote their energy business credentials. A list of Past Winners is available on this website.
These Awards recognise energy business excellence in several key energy disciplines. They are reflective of the vision, processes, technology, strategy and execution of business throughout the energy sector - in oil, gas, electricity, coal, nuclear, renewables, emissions, weather, energy IT and other related markets.
Nominations can be submitted directly from individuals, companies or from a third-party. Nominations are submitted at the official Energy Business website, www.energy-business.com, or by direct communication with the awards panel. ONLY nominated companies are eligible to go through to the second Voting Stage.
Stage 2: The second stage is for Voting which is conducted exclusively online through the Energy Business website and concludes on Friday, 26th September 2008. All multiple votes are destroyed. Votes received from company employees for their own organisation are taken into consideration. Voting in 2008 takes place between 8th September and 26th September and requires participants choosing from 5 short-listed nominated companies in each category as drawn up by the Awards Panel.
